cpa-exam.org provides information about recent changes in the CPA exam.  The last paper and pencil CPA examination was in November 2003.  The new CPA exam is computerized and the types of questions and content of the exam have been revised.  A web site has been set up that includes basic information about the new exam and includes a tutorial that lets you see what the exam will look like on the computer.  The web site is being updated regularly.

The SEC maintains a data base of corporate filings.  This EDGAR data base is an invaluable source of corporate information, including annual reports.

The Investor Relations Information Network (IRIN) provides on-line annual reports and links to over 3,200 corporate web sites.
