Hotel Information:  Please make your hotel reservations directly with The Carleton-Oak Park Hotel (call toll free at (888) 227-5386 and ask for Dana Schuster or “Group Sales”).  To secure the special group rate of $163.00/night for Deluxe hotel accommodations, or $98/night for a standard motel room, mention the CSD&CB Conference and reserve your room by May 15, 2010.   For those wishing to extend their stay in Chicago, these rates, pending room availability, will apply 3 days prior to and 3 days following the conference.

Please Note:  Your conference registration fee covers all sessions, lunch on 6/16 & 6/17, beverages for all breaks, a CD of the conference proceedings, and the Tuesday evening (6/15) welcome reception.>
