There are two different parts to this study

1. Survey for women who are currently pregnant
2. Survey for women who have recently given birth.

If you are currently pregnant, you can eventually do both surveys, and we hope that you choose to do so.

If you have recently had a baby, you can participate even if you didn't do the part for pregnant women.

Regardless of which part you do, you could  enter a voluntary drawing to win a gift certificate for $100 and you may be eligible for other prizes also.
