Primary Areas of Interest:
My primary research interests include developmental issues during
the adolescent and emerging adulthood periods. Specifically, I am
interested in dating and romantic relationships during these
developmental periods.
My primary teaching responsibilities have been PSY 215 Educational
Psychology and PSY 302 Adolescent Development. Both of these courses
serve the College of Education as the enrollment includes many
pre-service teachers.
My service to Illinois State University includes being a member of
our psychology department research committee, a member of the
Council for Teacher Education (CTE), and a University Hearing Panel
member. I also serve outside the university on The Baby Fold’s
Treatment Advisor Committee.
