Position Title: Location Analyst I
Salary: $36,900 or higher, depending on qualifications
Responsibilities: Identify and pinpoint, with maps, potential clients in various areas of the country. Map agent office territories. Develop market plan reports, using maps, for Vice-President of Operations.
Requirements: B.S./B.A. in Computer Science, Geography, or Business. Minimum major GPA of 3.0 on 4.0 scale as well as experience using GIS software. Internship in related field very useful. Ability to write, to speak, and to work with small groups a must. Bring clean sample of recent written work to initial interview.
Other: Position involves considerable travel away from home office; but supervisor schedules trips, when possible, to take advantage of seasons (e.g., Nevada or Florida trips in winter). Excellent benefits including profit sharing. Opportunity for rapid advancement. Metropolitan, midwestern home office. Fitness center on premises. Nonsmoking environment; smokers need not apply. Business casual is appropriate, with some exceptions.
