To access "Kant, Quine, and Human Experience":

1.  Go to Milner's home page using any Web browser.

2.  Choose "Databases and Article Indexes".

3.  In the "Databases by Title" box, select JSTOR.  JSTOR is an online database of the older articles from a large collection of journals.  It's a service not available to the general public.  The university pays for the subscription.

4.  If called upon by the system to enter your ULID and password, do so.

5.  On the JSTOR home page, choose "Search".

6.  In the search box that comes up, enter "Kant, Quine, and Human Experience".

7.  The system will respond with a list of articles containing words from your search.  The top item on the list should be the one you want--the only one with the exact title you entered in step 6.

8.  You can print it out or read it online.  It would be best to print it out so that you can bring a copy to class.

You don't need to pay much attention to the parts of the article that are about Quine, unless you already know something about Quine's work.  For people who do know something about Quine's work, those parts may be helpful.
