C. Explanations and Exercises
The following grammar explanations, most of which are accompanied by translation exercises, complement the Mallard exercises. The explanations are the same, more or less, but the translations are different than those in the Mallard exercises and YOU MUST COPY THEM OFF, WRITE THE ANSWERS IN THE BOXES, AND BRING THEM TO ME for individual correction (The "SEND" does not work for all of the answers. When I have time I will corrrect that.) 235 students may do these as supplementary work in areas where they are having problems.
