Homework 3b.
Summarizing the Data.
For this
assignment, copy an image of the table you created in Lab 3 to Word.
Highlight the entire table and select Home | Paste | as picture |
Copy as picture
[*] as shown on screen, and
[*] bitmap.
[note it one of the oddities of Excel 007 that in order to copy
and image of
the cells (or charts), one must use the paste commands.]
[for those using the old version of Excel:
select the range of cells and then:
Shift-Edit | Copy as picture
[*] as shown on screen, and
[*] bitmap.]
Go to Word (keep Excel open) and paste the image.
Then write
one or two paragraph summary of the data in the table. Save the word file to your
W:\ drive and link to it.
