Homework 6 

  • Table 1:  Create a nice table showing the dependent variable averages for each category of your dummy variable.

 Discussion:  One or two sentence summary of what the table means.   

  •  Table 2:  Correlations: A table showing the correlations between the main dependent variable and the independent variables.

 Discussion: A paragraph or two describing the relationships.  Which variables have the strongest correlations?  Are the relationships in the direction that you would expect (or hypothesize) them to be?

  •  Graph 1: Display one of the relationships (similar to that below) on a scattergram with the points for the dummy variable indicated (see example).
